Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(RLS) An Act relating to                       
civil actions; amending Rules 13(e), 68, 79(b), 82(b), and 95, Alaska          
Rules of Civil Procedure be held to the April 30 calendar.                     
                                                                               
Senator Miller called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.
